StudyManager releases Version 1.0 of Reveal, its highly-anticipated new CTMS for research sites, AMCs, and hospitals

Seattle, WA - StudyManager, a leading healthcare IT company and creator of StudyManager clinical trial management software (CTMS), has released Version 1.0 of Reveal, its highly-anticipated new CTMS for research sites, academic medical centers, and hospitals.

First introduced at the 2009 ACRP Meeting, Reveal is a completely new site CTMS based on StudyManager's 16 years of experience in the field. As with its previous Site CTMS products, Reveal is integrated with Allscripts EHR, giving users of both systems simple, out of the box interoperability. In addition, Reveal can be integrated with other systems.

Reveal enables clinical researchers, representing the full range of research organizations and disciplines from research sites to universities and hospitals, to deliver study results that meet sponsors’ needs while also improving their own bottom lines. Reveal 1.0 can help:

  • Improve recruitment and enrollment results
  • Negotiate more favorable contracts and track every penny
  • Ensure payment for all study activity – including items that have been historically difficult for sites to track such as screen-fails, holdbacks, and one-time fees
  • Support compliance efforts including federal patient privacy regulations, clinical compliance with sponsors’ protocols, and billing compliance to eliminate potential for double-billing of multiple payors
  • Provide a foundation for best practices by automating daily tasks to save time, reduce stress, and cut down on mistakes.

“Reveal 1.0 offers an exciting, new approach to key site efficiency challenges like recruitment, meeting enrollment targets, budgeting, and revenue tracking,” said Bruce Schatzman, founder and CEO of StudyManager. “Many sites have not been able to realize the efficiency and cost-saving benefits of CTMS because existing systems require rigid workflow and too much data entry time. Our new technology gives Reveal the flexibility, power, and ease-of-use that sites demand - incorporating thousands of suggestions from our long-time customers.”

New Support Program
Along with Reveal 1.0, StudyManager recently introduced Succeed, an innovative customer support program. With Succeed, StudyManager seeks to redefine customer support with personalized training, best practice consulting, data entry services, and comprehensive online resources.
