Clinical Trial Operational Readiness:
Can Your Site Pass the Stress Test?
Amidst all of the site selection and study start up frenzy, sites often
fail to address key elements that can make or break the success of the
trial. With industry site performance benchmarks unchanging and
generally poor, sites can no longer afford to conduct business as usual
and risk poor performance, early termination or loss of future sponsor
business.
A Clinical Trial Readiness risk appraisal can help you to identify key
areas that must be proactively addressed to set your site and study up
for success. View this webinar to learn about the
key success factors that are often overlooked. You will also be
provided with helpful tips and best practices for getting your site
operationally ready for any clinical trial.
