Financial Management Strategies for Clinical Research Sites

to scrutinize costs and focus on shortened timelines. Additional
pressure comes from increased regulatory requirements from the FDA and
other governmental agencies. Now, more than ever, research sites need a
strategy to maximize revenue and manage finances for growth.
This webinar will provide an overview of corporate finance techniques
applied to running a clinical research site. We’ll discuss budgeting
techniques, review Medicare billing rules, and provide example tools
for improved tracking of revenue. The goals are to raise awareness of
site financial pressures, outline strategies to deliberately address
these pressures, and provide sample tools and techniques to improve
financial management.

Dr. Neil Warnock is Vice President of Medical Affairs for StudyManager.
Dr. Warnock possesses broad experience in medicine from clinician to
Medical Liaison, to Medical Director. He has worked in clinical
development, health economics and managed care. Dr. Warnock has worked
in all phases of clinical research across several therapeutic areas and
